Locator/Broadband Technician (click for job description)
If you are good with your hands, enjoy working outdoors, have a technical aptitude, and are willing to learn, this would be an excellent opportunity to build your career while being a critical member of a small team. We have been bringing communications solutions to our served communities for over 100 years After first-class training you will spend the majority of your workdays on the go, independently working in the field using company-provided vehicle and equipment. You will drive to a local destination, search for our underground lines utilizing specialized equipment and mark the lines with flags, paint, or other means while completing the necessary documentation each locate. This critical work prevents damage and ensures safety during excavation. We are committed to training the right individual who is committed to safety, comfortable working on their own, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in completing a job well done. Eventually, we would like you to be involved in the construction, installation, and maintenance of communications cables (fiber optic) and related telecommunications equipment.

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for…
- Establishing a relationship with customers in our service area
- Identify opportunities to increase connections and profitability
- Making connections to include: communicating with customers via phone and email providing subject matter expertise regarding technical issues
- Advising customers on suitability of products and solutions based on their technical needs
