LPC Connect Billing System Transition

LPC Connect will be transitioning from our current billing system to a new billing system. Your service will remain unchanged and continues to be supported by the local team you know with added options from this transition. This transition will impact your statement layout, billing cycle dates and payment options.

Starting June 10, 2025, your LPC Connect bill will be invoiced through our new billing system. The first statement will account for date changes and prorations to align with the new billing cycle.

 

What should I expect?

  • Your billing date is changing
    • Your current billing period is the 1st of the month to the end of the month.
    • The new billing period will be from the 10th of the month to the 9th of the next month.
    • Your due date will change from the 2nd to the 9th of the month, extending the number of days you have to make your payments from 20 to 30.
  • Automatic Payments (ACH)
    • We will be able to move payment information from one system to another. No additional steps are needed at this time.
    • ACH payment will be pulled on June 20th for the June 1st statement.
    • ACH payments will be pulled on July 9th for the June 10th statement.
    • Going forward, ACH payments will be pulled on the 9th of the month beginning in July. If that date falls on a weekend, it will be pulled the Friday before.
  • New Online Bill Payment Options After June 2nd
    • Once the conversion has been completed, you will be able to access your online account through our new SmartHub app.
    • Customers who have signed up for paperless billing must register for their SmartHub account by June 9th to continue with paperless billing.

Important Dates

June 1, 2025 – Last statement through LPC Connect’s current billing system. Statements will be in black and white and include charges for service from June 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025. Bill is due June 20th.

June 10, 2025 – First statement through LPC Connect’s new billing system. Statements will be in color and account for date changes and promotions to align with the new billing cycle. Credits and charges will equate to 10 days of service. The new billing cycle dates are June 10, 2025 – July 9, 2025.

June 20, 2025 – Bill due date and ACH payments for June 1, 2025 statement.

July 9, 2025 – Bill due date and ACH payments for June 10, 2025 statement.

July 10, 2025 – All customers will be on new bill cycle. July 10, 2025 – August 9, 2025.
